The restaurant was FREZZING cold, it took 45 minutes to get our food after ordering, my soup had oviously gone cold waiting and was reheated in a microwave, the appetizer soft pretzels were overcooked.

Food was mediocre at best and not hot. Only good thing was our server, Haley.

First timer. After a half hour, I had to ask about the apps we ordered. They apologized, then brought the main meal before the apps, They discounted the meal 20%, comped the apps, and comped a dessert, also nice. Loved the discounts and that they were apologetic, but it's never nice having to complain about stuff or have that be what your dinner conversation is about.

Slow service, cold food and very loud. There was plenty of space yet they sat us next to a large party and the kids kept bumping my chair.

We had reservations but it took more than 15 minutes for a hostess to greet us and they had to put some tables together to accommodate the reservation for 6. Once seated our drink order was placed but tables that were seated after us had theirs delivered before us. The food arrived and was fine (though there seemed to be confusion in the kitchen between medium and rare!) and it took more than 45 minutes for the order to arrive. Overall the restaurant was fine. Food was typical pub food - nothing excellent. However, we made a reservation 4 days prior using OpenTable and upon arriving were told the reservation didn't exist in their system. Even after showing 2 emails with the confirmation we were spoken to rudely and still had to wait.

It’s not clear why this place rates 4.5 on open table. There are always reservations available, the food is mediocre and overpriced, the service is slow, and there really isn’t much ambiance.
