Great spot! Manger’s are very attentive and helpful and staff friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu. Had a great experience. The 45 minute travel is worth it.

Our wait staff was fantastic especially because it was so crowded. The appetizers were great with the exception of the crispy chicken quesadilla, it had a very weird taste/after-taste.
Business response:
Thank you for the 5-star review and recommendation, Alison! We’re especially glad to hear our team delivered fantastic service even with a packed house, and we’ll be sure to recognize Meaghan and the crew. Our server Kelly was great! Had a bunch of tables but still manage to keep up on a busy game night (Pats and Sox were on). Always enjoyed the apps but noticed some new items on the menu. The chicken parm was GREAT!

We had pizza which is always good. One had a pasta dish and one had the smash burger salad. Great.

Have been to J&J Norwood many times before. Went there on Feb 8 for Superbowl (we DID have a reservation). Service was excellent all evening. We were seated immediately. Mixed drinks could have used a bit more alcohol. Other than that, food was VERY good. Had a variety of plates, all good, especially the Southwest Salad. Tater Tots were hot but I prefer them a bit more crunchy. Have only been to Norwood location, cannot give you advice if you are going to one of the other locations.
Business response:
Hi Howard — thank you for joining us in Norwood for the big game and for the thoughtful review! We’re glad you were seated right away and that the service and food — especially the Southwest Salad — stood out. We appreciate the notes on the drinks and tots as well. Hope to see you back soon for another game day!
