I went there with my family to watch the Bruin’s game, enjoy some drinks, and have appetizers. The atmosphere was fantastic. Colleen, the waitress, was excellent and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything. The noise level was moderate and added to the lively vibe as everyone cheered loudly for our home team. Overall, I’d confidently rate the experience a perfect 10 out of 10. I’m already looking forward to the next game.

Business response:

Thanks so much, James! We're pumped to hear you and your family had a great time catching the Bruins game with us. We love creating that energetic, game-day atmosphere, and it's awesome to know Colleen took such great care of you—she's a star on our team. Thanks for the kind words and perfect score—we’ll have your seat ready for the next game at Jake n JOES!

The food was excellent and came quickly when ordered. However, we had to return to the check in desk to ask for a waitress after a 15 minute wait. The waitress we did get, was excellent and friendly. She should be commended for covering for the miscommunication from the front desk.

Business response:

Thanks for the honest feedback, Donald! We're glad to hear your meal hit the mark and that your server helped turn things around with excellent service 👏 We sincerely apologize for the initial wait—this isn’t the experience we aim to deliver, and we’ll be addressing the miscommunication with our team. We appreciate your patience and hope to welcome you back soon for a smoother visit from start to finish!

Visited with a party of 11 to celebrate my daughters 13th birthday. Ordered pizzas and some apps to share which were all just fine, but our server Isaiah is what made our experience wonderful! He was absolutely amazing dealing with eight 12 and 13 year old girls as well as my husband, older daughter and myself! He kept the Shirley Temples flowing and acted as if he was truly enjoying waiting on us. Whenever we go back, I'll be asking to have him as our server!

Business response:

Thank you so much, Marielle! We’re thrilled to hear Isaiah made your daughter’s birthday celebration extra special. He’s a rockstar and we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words! Looking forward to welcoming your crew back again soon!

Went for Sunday football. The TV audio for the game was a bit too loud for my two young boys. Food is pretty good sports bar food. Service was great.

Business response:

Thanks for the 5 stars, Jeremy! We're glad you and your boys enjoyed the food and service during Sunday football. We’ll keep your feedback on the volume in mind — hope to welcome you back to Jake n JOES Norwood again soon!
