I did 2 loans with Jim, one being a refi, and each time both him and his team were excellent! He communicates well, helped me get as close to the rate as I wanted and made the whole painful process a lot more pleasant. Jim was incredibly helpful during the entire process. As a first time home buyer, Jim was always frank and up front with me about my options, as well as providing guidance in new areas for me.
