Jim took a difficult refinance, with difficult clients, and came through with flying colors, allowing a challenging family law and elder abuse case to settle, by refinancing a property to equalize the distribution of property between the parties. Highly recommended for his expertise, creativity, and professionalism. Dealing with multiple parties, and 5 attorneys, was incredibly challenging, and Jim successfully navigated these "shark-filled" waters.
