We went to see Dr. Barrese after my husband had three failed back fusions and he gave us his honest opinion. He recommended a nerve stimulator since that was his last option which we opted for to get some pain relief. We wish we would have known about Dr. Barrese before going through all the other surgeries and believe my husband's outcome would have been better. We highly recommend seeing Dr. Barrese before having any surgeries as he takes a more conservative approach.
Dr. Barrese has excellent bedside manners. He has empathy and compassion. He is very professional and courteous. Outstanding Surgeon who takes his time to explain procedures. I never felt rushed. The office is clean with friendly staff. The wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Barrese to my family and friends.

I have experienced a multitude of nightmare, ego driven experiences while seeking treatment but Dr. B has been an incredible doctor. He is patient, validating, and will clearly explain anything you’d like to know.
I have been to Dr. Barrese’s office a few times. The staff is friendly professional and courteous . Office is always clean and the wait time is always short. Dr. Barrese talks so that you understand what’s going on. He asks questions and listens to your concerns. He’s very knowledgeable.
I have seen Dr. Barrese on several occasions since 2018. He has been very thorough with testing and always taken the time to answer my questions. He has spoken to me frankly about the pros and cons of back surgeries due to my advancing age. I respect his opinion and would highly recommend him.
