RecommendedInlive in Long Island and would happily make the 4.5 hour trip back here. The lobster bisque was amazing, the lobster roll had beautiful huge chunks of lobster, and the whole lobster was cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh! The lobster tanks had a huge lobster and fun for kids and adults to observe. The staff was extremely courteous and funny. There are outdoor family style picnic tables as well as regular 4 seat tables. The prices aren't bad either. Will be back!

Recommended RecommendedJust returned from Boston and I ate at a lot of different places. James Hook and Co had both the best lobster roll (out of two different restaurants) and the best clam chowder (out of three different restaurants). I know that's not a huge sampling of places, but I was very pleased. Service is quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable. If I ever make it up to Boston again, I will definitely go back.
