Always irritated with the front desk. Very noisy small waiting room and I don’t like everyone hearing my business so I went around the side. I first arrived, standing back waiting and the same young woman (Taylor ?) was yes busy, but could have at least nodded. Fortunately the other gal noticed her not acknowledging me and gave me papers I needed to fill out. The hygienist and I are trying to adjust to each others needs to get through the cleaning. I am always sensitive and anxious- my whole life.
Very professional and efficient. No long wait time! Very low stress environment which made me feel comfortable asking questions. Knowledgable staff answered all questions and concerns in a straight forward and understandable way. Worth the long drive. Thanks.
