The staff are exceptional and my first appointment with Dr. Vlassis was as well, starting with their accommodating my mistake in thinking the appointment was two and a half hours earlier than it was. Having traveled from the Utica area, it was greatly appreciated. Dr. Vlassis spent a lot of time going over my complicated dental history, examining my mouth and x-rays, and thoroughly explaining every aspect of the periodontal problem for which I'd consulted, how to better facilitate healing, and offering a surgical solution ... read more
