Steady under pressure Jim took what can at times be a stressful process and walked with us each step of the way. There are always inevitable delays and hiccups, but Jim was good about keeping things moving forward and helping the process along. Very satisfied!

Very easy and great experience! The entire process was done with a few scanned copies of my records and a few digital signatures. The process went past the original time line, however, they still honored my original rates and even reduce my fees for a small mistake they made! I would use them again for future mortgage needs!

Immediate and professional help throughout the entire process From the beginning to the end of my refinance process Jim was always available and made sure everything was being handled on time. All the fees and rates he outlined up front remained the same with no surprises later in the process. There were a few hiccups in the closing scheduling simply due to trying to get everything completed in between major holidays, but Jim was right on top of it and got the scheduling sorted out.
When Only the best will do Jim, was hands down was one of the best people I have ever done business with. He followed up on everything I asked and responded in a timely matter.
