Amazing service throughout whole process. I was a little reluctant to go through the refinance process with what other companies wanted me to do to get the loan approved. That was not the case here. From first contact to closing was so easy and smooth. Only thing that I would have done differently was to refinance sooner. Thank you James Machometa for all your help and support.

Refinancing was a good experience The process was clear from the beginning. Jim took the time to explain the forms and the breakdown of the loan process and documents. Jim was very responsive to questions I had during the process, and he always responded back the same day. Jim was extremely helpful in making sure the whole process moved along smoothly.
