We are self employed with fairly complicated financials which is always a headache through underwriting. James worked hard to smooth it out and get us a competitive conventional loan with no restrictions and without having to do mortgage insurance. We are very pleased with the outcome. I am never moving again, but if I did I would use James again - no brainer.
