From start to finish, the process was straightforward and flawless. The team helped every step of the way and the app helped us to see where we were at in the process. Also to note, we closed in 19 days and the team hustled so hard for us! We are forever grateful and will always recommend.
This was the second home we’ve enlisted James for his services and again 10/10 service. This time the sellers wanted a 19 day close (even though we really wanted a 45) and asked James if he could make it happen. Not sure why we doubted it because him and his team are fantastic! We also went on a 10 day vacation during this period and they told us everything they’d need from us ahead of time so they wouldn’t have to bother us on vacation. We would recommend James and his team 1000 times over, every time. Thank you!

James would answer the phone or get right back to me with in a few minutes if he didn’t answer. He would answer any of questions or get right back to me if he could answer them.
