James river family dentistry is great!!! They always go out of there way to make sure I am comfortable and to explain not only my treatment plan but why it’s a good plan! I have had so many dentist that just say this is what we’re doing and I have all this work done just to have more problems. However, at James river family’s dentistry it actually feels like they are trying to get my teeth healthy to avoid problems in the future!!
Everyone at James River Family Dentistry is amazing. Friendly, kind and caring and had a great experience. It had been some time since I had been to the dentist and I was expecting judgement and pain. Thank you to Ally for providing me with neither during my two recent visits. Thanks to the team I am happy to show my smile again.
This was my first visit and it was delightful considering visits to a dentists office. On my first visit Dr. Gutherie and staff found 2 cracked teeth that had not been found before. Yesterday, Jul 21, I returned and had one crack filled and a temporary crown placed on the second tooth. From my perspperspectiv, the up-to-date equipment and procedures she used increased the comfort of the operation and the results are very good. So glad that I came to Dr. Gutherie’s office for my dental work.
The entire team is great, from the very moment when you walk in the door. Always professional, but personable. My anxiety about going to the dentist no longer exist because of the James River Dentistry family. Active listening skills, thoroughness of the examination, gentle with the procedures, and a detailed explanation of everything that needs to be done in order to keep your teeth and gums healthy. Thank you!
