Jim was great throughout the entire process. He gave us tips before we started looking for a home to increase our credit scores and gave us some advice to keep our monthly bills down in the future. He checked in very often throughout the approval process and was readily available anytime we had questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and wants to help his clients be in the best financial position possible. We will continue to use him for any future refi or loans that we need.
