From the start both my wife and I were lost in the home buying process. When we chose or lender it was on the interest rate. Little did we know the Jim would help us out in every step of the process.. He did more for us than we did more for us than we did for our selfs. He should of been frustrated with us but he walked us through every step of the process.. We are grateful .
