Probably would have worked I returned this because I bought the wrong size. It glues to pvc pipes, so you got to know what you're doing to get everything to line up. Very well built.
Does not have inlet shutoff Unless I read it wrong it does not have inlet shutoff. This means when one off at a time, not both off at once.

Does it’s Job I used this diverter valve in order to build a heater bypass. So far so good. I would definitely buy this again.
It’s a good valve. Worth the money. It’s not easy to replace one but if you can do plumbing you can install. Well made. I prefer this valve to others.

Lasts a long time Replaced my old one which lasted18 years. I see no reason why the new one won’t t last another 28 years maybe more as I built a cover over my equipment now.
