I had a brand new Hayward propane heater that never worked. I was unable to talk to a person at Hayward, all calls were routed to a dealer. The dealer was not able to fix the problem. So two tears went by along with over $1,500 in repairs and I still had a heater that would not heat my spa. Once I connected with another business they explained why the Hayward was not going to get better and suggested I replace it with a Jandy.
