Didn’t work right out of the box but the customer service brought it from a sad face to a happy face or 1 star to 5. The flow switch was broken.

Heats nicely (and quick), however, for some reason we regularly get a check flow alert and the heater has shut down. I typically notice this first thing in the morning. We have a variable speed pump, but I have it set to 3000 at all times. The pump runs 24/7. I have backwashed as well. Still having the issue. Thoughts?
