Mice destroyed the wires of our previous heater and fried 2 circuit boards. The service company recommended a few replacement models and this one rose to the top of the list. This is an efficient and fast heater.

So far so good. Overall works well. Surprised to see small water leak when first installed that required to have a part replaced under warranty. Overall more compact and appears better quality than my previous lrz heater.

This brand new heater has turned to a nightmare for me. Failed to heat the water and 3 technician have attempted to fix it but to no avail.This is a very bad heater and based on my experience, would never recommend it to anyone.

I can't get anyone to fix ot for 3 weeks and the jandy rep was no help

Haven't even had it a year and needed to be serviced. Warranty is garbage.

This heater had never worked properly from the time it was installed 8 or so months ago. Everytime someone came out to "repair" the problem, another problem seemed to arise. It wasn't until the last tech a couple of weeks ago came and had noticed a valve was not connected correctly inside the unit. He claimed that was in fact, not a tech or repair man issue, but the factory didn't assemble it correctly. So I'm not sure if he was just protecting his fellow repairmen or if that was true.
