I have only had this heater a few months, but t seems to operate flawlessly. I live in Northern Utah and an I am running it through the winter for spinal therapy (Post Surgery Fusion). I think Dominion energy ( The Gas Company) is going to fleece me this winter, but I am glad I have my Jandy Heater, Grandkids love having it in the Winter too.

Very professional, made the process clear and gave excellent advise about their product. The company contacted my original gas installer directly and he was able to handle the replacement directly working with Jandy. Everything was handled exceptionally well.
