The heater performs as advertised. Good product. No issues since installed 2 years ago.
Project and equipment was explained well by contract crew. Unit is user friendly. Weather permitting should soon be able to evaluate performance and reliability.
I have to say the Jandy JXi400 has performed admirably. We are so happy that we went ahead and purchased a pool heater for our pool as it has extended our pool season. Actually, here in NC we were able to open the pool in February for a few days, then March, and now April is wide open with possibilities. So, if you are thinking about adding a pool heater... DO IT... yes, it is an extra expense but you get what you pay for and there is a Great ROI.
We have a 12,000 gal pool that this unit heats up from 76 to 85 Fahrenheit in less than 2 hours.
