The heater is a mess. First, an entire unit died on me. I was told the damage was 'outside warranty' allowance, so i had to buy a new one. FULL PRICE The new one worked for 3 months, then was giving me "VersaFlo Fault", so replaced that. Same issue happened right away. Replaced it with another Versaflo. Continued issue. Switched out the control board. Now VersaFlo works, but the Fan doesnt work. The Fan housing gets HOT, but it doesnt turn. So the switch is out. We have only had this for three months and have already had problems with it and have waited 6 weeks for it to be serviced. Poor quality.

Original jandy heater only lasted 5 years New jandy heater when installed kept reading error and would work without installer reconfiguring something. Jandy rep even came to the house

The LED screen stopped displaying words a couple of weeks after it was installed. I called the warranty line and they said they would only speak to the installer. The installer is ModPools in Canada and I'm in the US, so it's not clear to us how we can get it fixed.
