Stopped working right after 1 year. Choice was hire someone to come out and diagnose than repair for 400 or buy a new one.
the Jandy salt pool chlorinator has not worked since it was installed on a new build pool almost a year ago. I have not been able to get a repair representative from your company to check it or fix it. I will never purchase your pool equipment again, as your warranty and customer service is basically NON existing. Less than two years old. Area around the glass in the top lid started leaking. No replacement for just the lid. Had to purchase the whole lid and cell component. $300.00. The system works well when all intact. Just expected more than two years before it started breaking down.
