I love my JANDY salt cell. JANDY sent a replacement cell under warranty and this unit seems to be working very well. The cell is easy to clean, too. I highly recommend JANDY for sure!

The installation went well and it is great to be able to see the cell itself and know if any build up is happening. The tops is sometimes somewhat difficult to take off, but eventually happens. The control is easy and it seems to be working well so far.

The cell quit working after 4 days on a new install of Truclear KU Salt Chlorinator. Check cell error came on screen and relay clicking trying to connect to the cell. Output off. Finally after two weeks a warranty rep in the area came out to diagnose. The cell is bad. Will replace under warranty but may take a week to get it replaced. Meanwhile back to chlorine!!! By that time will be close to closing pool for the winter.

Stopped working right after 1 year. Choice was hire someone to come out and diagnose than repair for 400 or buy a new one.
the Jandy salt pool chlorinator has not worked since it was installed on a new build pool almost a year ago. I have not been able to get a repair representative from your company to check it or fix it. I will never purchase your pool equipment again, as your warranty and customer service is basically NON existing.
