Excellent Customer Service After having a one speed pump for years, I was happy with this one. Being able to prime itself and having multiple speeds was quite the luxury for me. Unfortunately, it stopped working after lightning took it out. I went through all the diagnostics and came to the conclusion that the electronics inside the pump were the problem - not Aquastrong's fault at all. Very Responsive The original pump started loosing pressure when it was running. I contacted Aquastrong about this. They requested I send them a short video of the pump running, after a couple days of sending the video, they agreed and will be sending me a new pump to replace it.I received an email that they will be sending me a new pump to replace the original pump.Thank you to Aquastrong, I would certainly recommend doing business with Aquastrong, they responded quickly and without a hassle.
