Great customer support. Pump is strong and quiet. This is the second Aquastrong pool pump I've owned. Bought this variable speed pump almost exactly a year ago. Has worked perfectly until it started squeaking. Sounds like a bearing going out. I contacted Aquastrong customer service and sent them a video of the pump running. They got back with me very quickly and replaced the pump at no charge. Excellent customer service! Best customer service you could ask for I ordered this pump last year and it ran great all season. When the new season started it was tripping my Gfci breaker and the customer service was top notch. All they asked was that I send them a short video of the problem and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. I would highly recommend this product because they back what they sale. A++++ company.

Great Customer Service I've been very impressed by Aquastrong. The pump installation instructions were clear, and installation was easily a DIY project. The pump is well made and does a great job. Unfortunately, we developed a noise from the pump after the first year. I reached out to their customer service department and they were very responsive. You get what you pay for here. It’s a premium product that is worth the dough. Two months in and love it so far. This is the first variable speed pump I’ve owned and I’m excited to see lower electric use. The low speed/long run time setting keeps the pool cleaner as the skimmer pulls floating debris in before it sinks. I installed it myself. The manual is clear and simple to follow. It probably took me an hour to set up.
It's a very good pump Works great, very efficient and quiet but still has the power for the hot tub when needed
