The experience from beginning to closing was 110% amazing. I really felt at ease when working with Jared and John. If I had any questions they were available to answer them. I felt they were on my side. They made the whole new home buyer experience very comfortable, even during the not so comfortable moments. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the ease of the loan prcoess. I was not expecting the entire process to be easy but it moved at a steady pace and they were on top of the process so that we did not experience any unexpecte surprises. Because we doing all of this from Atlanta, GA they were a great help to us. On top of that we went on a cruise and returned the day papers were due. We worked through it all and now we have a property in Colorado Springs.
