Communication was poor. Majority of the time I was calling to get updates. Specifically when the first emails arrived to make an account and upload documents. I was told two days into a 3 day window that they needed to be completed in 24 hours days. Next was the email address to my co-signer was wrong. We all know when a wrong email is sent it gets pinged back to the sender. Lastly having our closing delayed a day, 2 hours before the appointment was frustrating to say the least.
