I have worked with Jarrod twice now. I have been extremely pleased with the results both times. He is straightforward, communicative, and quick to respond to questions and concerns. The entire process went very smoothly. He was able to get me a great rate and the fees were very reasonable compared to anything else I saw while shopping around. I hope to get to do business with him and LeaderOne again in the future.

My only complaint would be the lack of communication. The first time home buying process is confusing and stressful. In the future I would communicate to the buyer the step by step process. I feel it would help take some of the stress off the buyer. Other than that I am very satisfied.
