Process was decent. Took longer than expected and there were several times it felt like we had to sign the same documents twice but...I’m sure it’s probably all legally required so...over all a good experience. Thank you Jarrod, Jamie and the rest of the team!

Jarrod Doty was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable with all aspects from the start. Very rarely was he unavailable, and if he was he always responded the same day with a call. Underwriting was very patient and understanding with my lack of uploading skills. During this stressful time, Jarrod always reassured us there would be a light at the end of the tunnel.
