Who ever did the inspection screwed me. Jarad Doty never responded back to me unless I called the realtor. He didn’t even show up at closing. I really don’t know how he has a job because everybody else did it for him. I met him one time out Of the 10 he promised to meet me. Thank you for the chance to start my future in my own home but for others sake plz don’t let anyone deal with Jared Doty.
We had far too many delays. Had we closed in July as originally planned, when I had submitted all my documentation and everything was in line, there would have been no question about my credit report, which caused futher delays having to make July mortgage payment forcing me to end up missing a payment on a house I've been trying to sell. We did not close until late November, I was hit with 3 painful late fees being told each month, not a problem, we'll pay those in closing, before the month we finally closed.
