Got loan done and much different loan than previous products but by far the most difficult lending experience out of the ten mortgages we have had. Jarrod is very friendly and personable but appears to be doing position part time and the type of loan we had needs someone in a full time position. Communication not what I would like with examples like saying would call and would not or letting us know he wouldn't be at closing when we were at the closing table. Fast talker who knows his products.
