I have worked with Jay for several years to finance or re-fi multiple properties. He assisted with this latest re-fi to find the right terms for us now in our retirement years. He is always available and professional.

Jay help my son re-fi his home loan to a lower rate and saved Sam $200 a month on his mortgage payment Jay and his team do a great job and are experts !

Jay is absolutely fabulous! My interest rate was lowered, I was able to get a little cash out and miss 2 house payments! Jay also noticed I had some overlaps in my insurance policies, so I was able to reduce those too! I am so happy and thrilled with the amount of money I'm saving. Thank you Jay

We have had the opportunity to work with Jay twice now. When we purchased our home in 2018 and in 2020 for our refinance. Both times Jay has been fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for us. We had some things not work out in our favor but Jay was able to make it work and help us not go into full panic. My experience with Jay Wildin was exceptional! As a first time home buyer he took the time to explain all my options, listen carefully, and be respectful of my budget. A truly kind person who really cares about his clients. He is also incredibly thorough, has convenient calculators and tools, and went above and beyond getting me the information I needed properly. As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions throughout the process. Jay was available to us whenever we needed him and did a great job of explaining each step throughout the process and giving us as much information as we needed.
