Over the years, I have applied for many refinances and more than one new mortgage. I sometimes shop around and always end up relying on Jay. He's the best broker for pricing and all-around service. I love his team. There is no reason to shop around. Full endorsement for Jay Wildin. 100%.

We actually met Jay through our real estate agent. He said that Jay was his "go to guy" for lenders, especially for first time home buyers. Even despite having a family emergency, he was on top of his game and would have over one hour long conversations on the phone to discuss our situation. He was always very patient in explaining and reviewing any questions that we had (even if it seemed or we were asking the same thing over). Jay is an amazing mortgage consultant!! Right from the beginning he made everything so straight forward and easy. He always took the time to provide all the details, and explain everything so we easily understood it and felt comfortable.
