I appreciate Dr. Chung listening to my concerns then following up by looking at the areas. She was direct and to the point.. I felt by her seriousness as well as professionalism that I could trust her to be honest with me and do what was necessary for my skin care health and needs. Doc was on time. Thorough exam. Great staff. Doc didn’t discuss much, but I had a pretty normal exam. so that’s reasonable. Will return again happily for my annual exam.

Front staff and medical assistant made my visit experience great however, I can’t say that for my provider experience. Drove two hours to not have my issues validated or to be told to come back “during a flare up.” Expected a full skin exam I did not get that, I barely got my concerns looked at. The complete time with the actual provider was about 5-7 minutes. First initial visit with her she didn’t care to ask about personal history of occupation or even if I wore sunscreen on a daily basis. Unfortunately expected more out... read more
