Dr. Chung did a thorough screening and explained everything very clearly. Appointment was right on time and the office staff was both professional and friendly.
Front staff and medical assistant made my visit experience great however, I can’t say that for my provider experience. Drove two hours to not have my issues validated or to be told to come back “during a flare up.” Expected a full skin exam I did not get that, I barely got my concerns looked at. The complete time with the actual provider was about 5-7 minutes. First initial visit with her she didn’t care to ask about personal history of occupation or even if I wore sunscreen on a daily basis. Unfortunately expected more out... read more
