You were able to save us in record time when our original lender filed chapter 11 after we signed but before funds were dispersed. You managed to close in under 10 days! Jeff hanks is incredible and went above and beyond for my special situation. I can't say the same for the underwriter or whoever was making it so difficult to get my home financing. Great experience. Jeff always returns calls quickly when he is not available to answer. His advice and knowledge made the purchase and paperwork very easy. His team is efficient and a pleasure to work with.
The process we fast and hassle free. The appraisal was set up for us, happened in a timely manner, and we received the full report. We found one thing that was worded incorrectly in the paperwork, and the response and correction were very quick. Everything except the final closing papers could be done online. The closing docs were brought to our home to sign and be notarized, and setting up the time for that was very flexible, working around our daytime work schedules. Thank you for a great experience!
