Jeff is seriously one of the best and most thorough Loan Officers I have ever worked with. He did our first loan when we bought our home almost 3 years ago. After starting a mortgage process with one of the larger banks and because of a mistake by them in the calculations, my mortgage is not going to happen on time. I then came across Jeff Hanks whom immediately found the problem and took control of my mortgage and came through within the timeframe that was needed.
