This was a turn down from Bank of the West and the realtor was going to lose this transaction and the entire PRMG team was outstanding. They got the loan on April 19 and we closed on May 3!! 10 business days. I can't tell you how elated the borrowers and both realtors are.... PRMG made me look like the hero. Fantastic staff, fantastic communication. This was not an easy transaction either. Foreign borrowers. An 80/10/10 and had to fix one of the borrowers credit score just to make it happen.

Jeff is hands down one of the best Account Executives I have ever worked with in my 13 years as a loan officer. He is knowedgable, responsive and really cares about pulling difficult loans over the finish line. Jeff visits my office and takes after hours calls if the need arises. The Underwriting team is also great. The underwriter Chantel fielded my calls and worked directly with me to resolve issues and work through conditions for final approval. She signed off on loan items quickly.
