Jeff and the people @ PRMG are great. The TPO website.. however needs a little work. Cant save scenarios so have to enter in these tiny boxes over and over and over again. A real pain. Have major difficulty retrieving disclosures so when my clients call and ask about them I cannot find them in the system.. ever. Really frustrating I have to email someone to get them. Docs also constantly get lost on submission and never make it to underwriter.. have to send 1-2 times repeatedly. I could go on

Your website continues to be the most horrendous experience about PRMG. I don't think there is enough space for me to comment on how badly designed your website. Please spend all the money you are currently making to make a proprietary website. Optimal Blue as a pricing engine is just faulty, slow and unwieldy pricing engine.

First, let me state the staff you have assembled is pretty amazing. Jeff Kuch, Melissa Stoehr, Kim Crowell-McKague, Chantal Eddy, Nathan Lux,and Michelle Hultenius are all stellar, great to work, very responsive and professional. BUT I HATE that junk heap of a web site. The owners should try to get their money back for that crap website, who did they hire? The worst design staff in the world or was it a bunch of monkeys sitting in a room? Frankly, I am sure monkeys would have done a better job.
