Jeff is the ABSOLUTE BEST....I love him. He is so ready to help on every transaction. He is my "walking encyclopedia". Jeff is friendly, approachable & very smart. I have gained a world of knowledge by working with Jeff. Although I have about 60 different lenders to work with - I ALWAYS choose Jeff & will continue to do so. Jeff and the people @ PRMG are great. The TPO website.. however needs a little work. Cant save scenarios so have to enter in these tiny boxes over and over and over again. A real pain. Have major difficulty retrieving disclosures so when my clients call and ask about them I cannot find them in the system.. ever. Really frustrating I have to email someone to get them. Docs also constantly get lost on submission and never make it to underwriter.. have to send 1-2 times repeatedly. I could go on

Your website continues to be the most horrendous experience about PRMG. I don't think there is enough space for me to comment on how badly designed your website. Please spend all the money you are currently making to make a proprietary website. Optimal Blue as a pricing engine is just faulty, slow and unwieldy pricing engine.

Your website continues to be terrible and the biggest piece of junk and probably adds hours onto a file and removes weeks from my life. Can you at least make small incremental improvements?

First, let me state the staff you have assembled is pretty amazing. Jeff Kuch, Melissa Stoehr, Kim Crowell-McKague, Chantal Eddy, Nathan Lux,and Michelle Hultenius are all stellar, great to work, very responsive and professional. BUT I HATE that junk heap of a web site. The owners should try to get their money back for that crap website, who did they hire? The worst design staff in the world or was it a bunch of monkeys sitting in a room? Frankly, I am sure monkeys would have done a better job.

Your online system is a piece of junk. It is the worst lender website I have ever used, if not for your competent staff, I would never use PRMG again.
