I rescued an abused dog who was also very sick. She’s scared of most people & is very protective. I started taking her to JAH after hearing positive things about them. I loved the staff & vets from the first visit. Not only were they so gentle with her easing her anxiety, she knew she was safe & was never aggressive toward them. The vets here have cleared up ongoing problems & most importantly listen to my concerns - even when I cause them to work late! First visit today with Rivers. Recommended by a friend. Such a great experience. Rivers is always nervous around new people, but the staff here were so great in trying to make him feel comfortable. I like how everything, including fees, is explained up front. Very friendly staff!

Dr. Stephanie is amazing!! No matter how busy she is, she always makes you feel like you and your babies are the only ones there. She is very thorough and her care and concern is genuine. Mrs. Kirsten is awesome. Anytime I call with questions she takes her time to answer them and if she has to consult with the Doctor, she gets back to you ASAP. The entire staff is wonderful. I have never met anyone who was not able and willing to do all they can!!!
