Annual visit today with Leah who is shedding everywhere on me but loves everyone here.
Have used JAH for 20+ years. Wonderful staff ready to help me & my B,T,J Crew (3cats) at every turn. Always going the extra mile. I live next door to JAH which is a blessing. Techs have actually come to my house to help me give medications when I could not get my furbaby to cooperate. & helped to crate & bring to the office after my back surgery! I’m a first time dog mom (to a timid, three year old rescue) and, as such, can be on the very nervous side when it comes to my fur baby. When I started to get worried about some heavy panting she was doing, I called to see if they could get me in to be seen earlier than my already set appointment. Despite being very busy, they told me to go ahead and bring her in so they can keep an eye on her while trying to fit her in earlier than her set appointment (only a few hours away).
