I really could not be more please with Jennifer and her team. Excellent communication. Quick responses to questions and submitted documents. In addition to improving my rate, my goal was to reduce mortgage insurance costs. Jennifer helped me achieve that goal, as well as reducing the term. Comparing to my previous (FHA) loan, over the full life of the loan I will save $110,000 in interest and $63,000 in mortgage insurance. With a 16 month break even point.

Quick and easy! It was fabulous doing almost everything via email and then meeting face to face for only 15 minutes! I also appreciated Jennifer keeping me updated with current mortage rate fluctations and potential changes.
