Jen was great start to finish. Everything was done perfectly and on time. She was available to answer any questions we had any time of day or night. If we ever have a need we will definitely use her again!
This is the second refi I have done with Ms Jones, she is outstanding!! She ran the numbers and gave me honest feedback on whether it made sense for me to refinance. I would wholeheartedly recommend her, she and her staff are exceptional!!

So, my experience was great, Jennifer L Jones was awesome, she was quick in responding back to my barrage of emails with multiple questions on a daily. She gave me the best quote, after I went through multiple mortgage companies to try and compare rates.
