OH MY GOSH!! The work that this florist did was AMAZING!!! My bouquet was the most amazing, fabulous, breathtaking bouquet you could ever lay your eyes on. I provided John with a picture of what I wanted and not only did he deliver, but he took it to another level. It was gorgeous. The flowers are beautiful but the customer service is terrible! I chose Jennie's as the florist for my wedding. I was specific with what I wanted in person and by email, and also received the invoice which stated I wanted a cascading bouquet. My flowers were absolutely beautiful, the arch was so pretty, bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous, and the boutonnières were perfect. But I did not receive the cascading bridal bouquet I asked for.
