I returned home late in the afternoon on Mother's Day. There was a knock on the door. It was a neighbor delivering a bouquet of fresh red roses on Mother's Day from my son. Because I was not home at the time of the original delivery, the delivery man left them with neighbors because he did not want them to wilt in the hot, Florida sun. Edited: My son ordered a flower arrangement for me via Interflora from Jennies. He's in England and they were for my birthday. They arrived yesterday afternoon. 24 hours later and they're not doing well, however after posting a not so good review, the GM Mike called me within an hour and offered to send me a new arrangement Now that's customer service I rarely see these days. Highly satisfied first-time customer here!!! I paid for the standard bouquet for a friend and wasn't expecting much. Usually when I order the standard option at other florists I'm often underwhelmed but not today. My friend was so thankful and absolutely loved her bouquet, as did I! Service and quality is empecable! This will definitely be my go-to local florists from here on out!

Previously gave a 5 star review and I'm just coming back to say 2 more orders later...still 5 stars. My husband ordered the artists choice for Mother's Day and the flowers were the most stunning arrangement I've ever received. Jennie's is now 100% our go to for Tampa flowers.
