Jennifer was FANTASIC. She was able to get me approved for a higher loan that another office I was trying to work with. She always answered my questions very quickly and would always reassure me that everything was going to be fine. When I got an interesting email about our loan, she re-assured me that the numbers were also listed higher than what they would be at closing. We were introduced to Jennifer after a previous lender made a few horrendous errors and we had to change. Jennifer contacted me after hours knowing how worried we were about finding a lender in time to close on time. Within days she had collected all information frombus and had obtained a new loan without the fees and higher interest rate the other lender was charging. We just refinanced our home with Jennifer. Our situation was a little different from the normal. She prepared us up front for any possible bumps in the road so that we could take care of it quickly.
