Dr. Takata has been my Primary Care Provider for years! I started seeing her when she was part of Wheaton, continued on with Ascension and have followed her out to Paddock Lake with Froedtert. She is kind and caring. She listens without judgement. She doesn’t just treat the symptoms, she fixes the problem! I drive almost 30 miles each way to see her… and she is worth it! I’m so thankful that when she relocated she stayed close enough for me to continue on as a patient in her practice!
I first saw Dr Takata in January 2020. My primary care Dr was retiring and Dr Takata was moving her practice to Froedtert. I'm very pleased to have Dr Takata as my primary care physician. Excellent communication, always feel "listened to", never feel rushed, always been able to make an appointment in a timely manner. Dr Takata checks all the boxes for what I look for in a doctor. In addition, Dr Takata is primary for my wife, my son and daughter in law.

Dr. Takata became my doctor July, 2022. In Jan., 2023 I contacted the office because of heart palpitations. Dr. Takata thought I might have complications from COVID. She ordered a CT PE scan on Jan. 5, 2023. The tests results came back metastatic disease (cancer) and to have a cancer workup. I asked Dr. Takata about a referral to an oncologist.
