I started seeing Dr. Takata in 2022 as my previous physician was not listening to my concerns. Dr. Takata is very caring and understanding, however her staff is rude and when I need to call for anything they always want me to schedule an appointment even for the simplest things. One staff member especially is extremely uncaring and has gone as far as to tell me that I haven't been a patient that long, so I should go to the ER. Just not professional at all! Love the doctor, not the staff!
She refused to listen to one of my health concerns because of her own personal beliefs. She doesn’t know how to be unbiased. She was very unfriendly & I felt she disregarded me as a human after I expressed my concerns. She rushed the appt and I feel she wanted nothing to do with me after our opening conversation. If you aren’t trying to be open with your doctor then she’s for you, otherwise if you’re seeking full medical attention across the board, please go elsewhere as she will turn you away anyways.
