Jerome was awesome and definitely went the extra mile to get me the terms I needed. He walked me through the entire process very professionally and in a warm and friendly manner, helping me make good decisions each step of the way to make things as smooth as possible. Even when we hit some bumps along the way he was quick to intercept the issue and confront the challenges effectively. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Out of the blue I was contacted by Jerome to follow up on my file. I was somewhat skeptical as he was a new person, and I am so glad he did reach out to me! Mr. Jerome Schneider was most courteous and fantastic; he communicated extremely well and let me know exactly what to expect without ever overpromise anything... yet every single thing he mentioned came through with flying colors. We were able to close the new construction house in a record 3 week from start to finish. Absolutely topnotch service!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. With my knowledge of the home buying and sales industry, I understand that unexpected issues can arise during the process. would not recommend Jerome to anyone. He was careless with our file, unresponsive when we needed answers, and constantly came back with last-minute requests that should have been handled weeks earlier. Instead of guiding us through the process, he created obstacles and left us feeling blindsided. What should have been a smooth, exciting experience turned into stress and disappointment because of his lack of professionalism. Save yourself the headache—do not work with Jerome.

My experience with Jerome was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. From the very beginning, he showed a lack of organization, poor communication, and constant last-minute requests that made the entire process unnecessarily stressful.
